The Sonic Aero Socks are constructed from a single panel of all new Superstripe-3 fabric, developed to deliver genuine aerodynamic gains where they matter most. Wind tunnel testing shows the socks are on average 5 watts faster than standard cotton socks across yaw angles of 0°, 3°, and 7° at speeds between 40–50 km/h.
In real-world terms, that equates to roughly 12.5 seconds saved over a 25-mile time trial — just from socks. The impressive aerodynamic gains come from the ribbed Superstripe-3 material, which creates a controlled turbulent boundary layer, keeping airflow attached for longer and reducing aerodynamic wake around the lower leg.
Double silicone gripper bands keep the socks perfectly positioned, even at high cadence. Fully UCI-compliant and race-ready, the Sonic Aero Socks combine speed, comfort and durability to complete your aerodynamic setup from head to toe.
