The technical steps required to create a contract between you and Nopinz are as follows: • You place an order for your products on the website by pressing the “Place and Confirm Order” button at the end of the checkout process. Backordered collection items may only be cancelled before they leave the factory, and only if the order status is before the “Design Out”stage. Once an order has progressed beyond this stage, cancellation is only possible by returning the goods to us within 14 working days and with prior written notice. Please ensure that returned goods are received by us within 14 working days, are in their original packaging, and are in a resaleable condition. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for used Nopinz SpeedWallets. We will refund or exchange faulty goods, as confirmed after inspection, up to 28 days after delivery, provided that: • The goods are returned new, unused, and in a re-saleable condition; and • They are returned in or with their original packaging and instruction manuals. If goods are returned in a condition that prevents resale, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20% of the purchase price from the refund amount. Upon receipt of returned goods, we will assess them for damage or fault: • If the fault is immediately identifiable, we will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement within 14 days of receipt. • If further testing is required — for example, for Nopinz SpeedSuits or SpeedPockets — this process may take up to four weeks while we await the supplier’s report. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will: • Refund the original purchase price, delivery cost, and return postage; or • Provide a replacement item and refund your return postage; or • Repair and return the item at no additional cost. Refunds and exchanges If a refund is due, it will be processed as soon as possible after we receive the returned goods — and no later than 14 days after receipt.
