Simply click here to email us with details and photos of your damaged kit, including your original receipt and we’ll provide you with a discount of up to 40% on a replacement kit.
Conditions apply:
- Proof of purchase must be provided. Receipt or order confirmation along with a photo of the damaged items.
- The age of your kit will be taken into consideration. Expected wear and tear is not covered.
- The discount provided may be used to replace the damaged item/s from the same product group. For instance, if one pair of bib shorts is damaged, a discount will be provided for the purchase of one pair of bib shorts.
- The replacement discount of up to 40% applies to the full RRP of the original product purchased within six months and can only be redeemed on full-priced products.
- If the product is older than six months, 15% discount is offered up to a year.
