Sustainability has been at the heart of Nopinz’s operations since our game-changing SpeedPocket hit the market in 2015. Its reusable and machine washable qualities added longevity, while its groundbreaking race-number design eradicated the need for safety pins. That meant no tearing of garments and so extending the apparel’s lifeline. Ever since, our expert team of designers and seamstresses have set about creating products that are not only fast but last, resulting in minimal environmental impact. One of our greatest achievements came in 2025 when we achieved B Corp status.

At Nopinz, world-class performance begins with world-class people. Every product is made in-house by our skilled team in the UK. We pride ourselves on safe working conditions, fair hours, and pay that exceeds the Real Living Wage.

From reducing waste and emissions to selecting lower-impact materials, we design and create everything with long-term impact in mind. We manufacture responsibly
Our clothing seeks maximum athletic performance at minimal environmental cost. We design and develop every product in-house at our UK facility. That gives us full control over quality, sourcing, and waste management.
We select premium materials that balance peak performance and environmental impact, prioritising recycled fabrics, reducing offcuts, and constantly evolving how we work to minimise harm and maximise efficiency. In 2024, we published our Supplier Code of Conduct that all of our suppliers must adhere to. This ensures the highest standards of safe working conditions and ethical practices of those we work with.
We’re serious about managing waste
We’re committed to optimising our athletes’ performance. That means no wasted energy, no wasted seconds. It’s the same with waste, which we minimise through a series of sustainable strategies. New software has resulted in a 30% reduction in paper and fabric waste when producing garments. We donate spare or unwanted gear to the charity Bike Network, plus we work closely with SWM Recycling to ensure none of our waste ends up in landfill.
Our products are designed to last
Every Nopinz product is engineered with durability in mind, from the crash-protecting features to the meticulous work of our in-house seamstresses. That’s not only invaluable for peak cycling and triathlon performance but also beneficial for the environment.
To extend your Nopinz gear even further, we offer EcoSwash, our advanced garment care system that cleans deep, protects technical fabrics, and extends lifespan. We also provide zipper replacements, gripper repairs, and more to keep your favourite kit race-ready for longer and out of landfill. Additionally, we offer a 40% discount on replacement kit if the worst happens and you crash. All in all, better for you, better for the planet.
We cut carbon and energy usage
Our athletes’ speed shouldn’t cost the earth. That’s why we dispatch everything under one roof in the UK, resulting in lower transport emissions and reducing our environmental impact. To fuel our cutting-edge laser printers used in bespoke club kits, our facility runs on renewable electricity – a win for both the athlete and the environment.
We’re actively working to reduce our carbon footprint across every stage of production, including offsetting the carbon we generate via Ecologi, whose mission is to inspire and empower businesses to accelerate global climate action. At Nopinz, we look to cut both an athlete’s PB and our impact on the planet.
