Getting your Club Shop up and running is simple. Follow the steps below to set up your club store and get your team riding in custom Nopinz kit in no time.
- Purchase a Club Shop Set up:

Choose whether you require a colour blanket and include your delivery address if needed. - We’ll Be in Touch:
Our in house design team will contact you using the email address provided at checkout. - Submit Your Design Brief:
Send us your kit design brief along with any logos or artwork you’d like to include.
Preferred file formats: AI, EPS or PDF (vector) or high resolution images.
Note: If your artwork isn’t in vector format a conversion fee may apply. - Unlimited Design Iterations:
We’ll refine your design until you’re completely satisfied. No limits on revisions. - Final Sign Off:
Once approved you’ll sign off the final design. Any changes made after this point will require a new design fee. - Club Shop Creation:
We’ll build your Club Shop and send you a private link and password for access. - Start Ordering:
Your members can log in and order 24/7 with no minimum order, delivered directly to their door.
Crash Replacement
If you have a spill and damage your kit, Nopinz offers a discretionary crash replacement discount.
The crash replacement policy covers any Nopinz garment for twelve months. (Proof of purchase and an image of the damaged kit will be required).

Returns
If your new Nopinz kit doesn’t fit or isn’t as expected, we offer a no quibble return or exchange policy (Excludes Club/Custom).
One thing! Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

Warranty
Every Nopinz product is engineered for performance and built to last.
We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults in materials or construction under normal use.
Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available at checkout. VAT will be removed at checkout where applicable. If you are ordering from outside the UK or qualify for VAT exemption under current regulations, the correct VAT adjustment will be applied automatically during the payment process.
