Use our Returns Portal via your account to start the process. You’ll need your order number and your email address.

Returns
You can return collection items within 28 days of receipt. Items must be clean, unused, and in a resaleable condition, with all original packaging and labels included. If any items are missing or damaged, we may reduce your refund or decline the return.
Visit our returns portal and follow the instructions provided. Once you've filled in your details and return reason, pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked shipping method. Keep your tracking details until the return is complete.
We do not accept returns on items that have been used, are not clean, have strong odours (such as smoke), or have been damaged after purchase. Returns are also not accepted on bespoke or custom-made products.
Yes, gifts and bundles can be returned. Refunds for gifts will be issued as store credit.
Yes, refunds will be credited back to the original gift card balance.
International Orders
If you’re returning an item from outside the UK, you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. Before sending anything, we recommend contacting us at [email protected]. While the goods are in your possession, please take good care of them. We ask that items are returned in their original packaging, where possible, and include all product labels. If goods are not returned, we reserve the right to arrange collection and deduct the cost from your refund. Once you’ve notified us of your intention to return an item, we’ll process the refund as quickly as possible — no later than 14 days after receipt. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. If this isn’t possible, please let us know your preferred refund method when you contact us.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Where applicable, refunds will be issued for the full purchase price, excluding any original shipping costs or courier handling fees. This includes costs associated with missed or refused deliveries. Refunds are credited to the card used to place the order. If this isn’t possible, please email us to arrange an alternative method. Refunds issued via alternative methods may take up to 28 days to appear in your account.
Warranty & Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your product develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, we’ll put it right. This covers issues such as faulty grippers or zips but does not include crash damage, misuse, or general wear and tear. Nopinz reserves the right to assess all warranty claims and to reject those that fall outside the scope of this warranty.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email [email protected] before returning it. We’ll advise you on the most appropriate return method. Refunds or replacements for faulty goods are available for up to 28 days from delivery, provided the item is returned unused, in a resaleable condition, and ideally in its original packaging with any manuals included. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll assess the reported fault. If the issue is immediately identifiable, we’ll arrange a refund, repair, or replacement within 14 days. If further testing is required — for example, for Speedsuits or Speedpockets — the process may take up to four weeks. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will either: • Refund the original purchase price, delivery fee, and your return postage; • Send a replacement and refund the return shipping cost; or • Repair and return the item to you at no additional charge. If the issue is found to be due to misuse, wear and tear, or damage after purchase, we’ll contact you with available options. If a repair is possible, we can provide a quote for the service and return the item at your expense.
