Inspired by the aero socks created for Sir Mark Cavendish during the 2024 Tour de France, the Hypersonic Mk2 Socks represent the fastest socks we have ever produced. Bonded and sonic-welded seams create an ultra low-profile construction that reduces drag while improving comfort and durability.
The aerodynamic upper uses advanced ribbed fabrics engineered to manage airflow around the lower leg, helping to reduce aerodynamic resistance at race speeds. Compared to the original Hypersonic Socks, Hypersonic Mk2 Socks deliver an average saving of 1 watt and up to 2.5 watts at 50 kph, giving you measurable free speed whether you are racing a 10-mile time trial or pushing the pace on a fast road ride.
A carefully refined fit ensures the sock sits perfectly smooth against the skin, while low-profile silicone grippers hold everything securely in place to maintain aerodynamic efficiency throughout the ride.
