The result is a lightweight, aerodynamic and breathable garment that unleashes peak time-trial performance when the competition heats up.
The Hypersonic Light Speedsuit is the best time-trial option when either the temperature tips over 20°C or you’re competing in a longer event where cooling is a key consideration. While the Hypersonic Speedsuit delivers unrivalled aerodynamics and speed when paired with the Hypersonic Base Layer, the Light is designed to be worn alone. It’s still ultra-fast but in hotter conditions helps stop your core temperature from overheating, preventing fatigue and a drop in power output. Its aerodynamic attributes are ticked off by the Superstripe 2 technology across the arms, upper back and shoulders. Like the standard Hypersonic, the shorts comprise Nopinz’s proprietary Speedscalez™ fabric, the triangular textured pattern optimised to cut drag. Finally, the premium and comfortable chamois pad is designed for the time-trial position, while it’s available with the Nopinz Speedpocket™ for further aerodynamic gains and no more pinholes.
The Hypersonic Light Speedsuit comes in seven sizes, plus ‘standard’ and ‘tall’, for a semi-bespoke fit.

The model is 177 cm tall and weighs 73 kg, and is wearing a size M.
We recommend using height and weight if you’re unsure about sizing. If you are outside the standard height range, we suggest selecting the tall option.

If you have a spill and damage your kit, Nopinz offers a discretionary crash replacement discount.
The crash replacement policy covers any Nopinz garment for twelve months. (Proof of purchase and an image of the damaged kit will be required).
